ADA lauds President Trump's statement on opioid abuse as national emergency
Washington - Continuing the ADA's commitment to ending the opioid epidemic, Dr. Gary L. Roberts, ADA president, applauded President Donald Trump's statement identifying opioid abuse as a national emergency Aug. 10. "The misuse and abuse of opioids is a tragedy," said Dr. Roberts.
Helping dental students find success
Being the first dentist her family, Dr. Karin Irani said there was a lot of things she wished somebody in the profession had told her when she was dental student. "I didn't know that in addition to practicing dentistry that I'll be running a business," she said.
